Big Business Decisions Deserve a Second Opinion

Bring a problem, leave with a plan.

Every business has something they’ve been thinking about but haven’t quite figured out how to tackle. That’s what The Sounding Board is for. Bring me one real challenge and we’ll spend an hour talking through your options, as well as what it would take to move forward and whether it makes sense for your business in the first place.

You Know the Decision. It Just Needs an Honest Discussion.

There’s always a big business decision that’s been put off, whether it’s the server that’s getting slow but still hanging on, a new tool everyone seems to be recommending, or figuring out whether AI actually makes sense for your business. It’s on the list, but somehow it never moves forward.

Often that’s because there’s never a clear moment to make the decision, and no one impartial to make it with. The vendor wants the sale. Your team’s got opinions. Everyone you ask has something riding on the answer.

So it waits. And a decision that waits long enough tends to get made for you. The server dies. The moment passes. Or you buy the thing everyone was pushing and never find out whether you really needed it in the first place.

Whether you’re running a small business or managing a growing organization, sometimes you just need someone you can talk things through with who will give you an honest opinion. That’s exactly why we created The Sounding Board.

The Big Decisions Are the Expensive Ones to Get Wrong

The decisions we put off are often the ones with the biggest financial impact. They require time, money, and resources, and once you've committed, changing direction isn't always easy.

Moving to the Cloud

Moving off local servers isn’t a weekend job. It’s a project you plan around.

Investing in New Technology

Getting a handle on who can reach what across your systems takes time to do right.

Before making a major technology investment, it helps to have someone who will ask the right questions, explain your options, and give you an honest perspective. That's what The Sounding Board is about. No sales pitch, no unnecessary recommendations; just a conversation to help you make a more informed decision.

What Our Clients Say

“Very knowledgeable and fast service. Good solution and always helpful.”

What Is The Sounding Board?

Bring one real problem you’ve been circling – it could be the cloud migration you keep flinching at, the thing that broke twice last year, or even the “should we be doing something with AI?” question everyone keeps asking. Adam gives you an hour and a straight read on what it would take and whether it’s even worth doing.

A while back, someone came to Adam ready to pay for a custom AI tool. He asked what they wanted it to do and they didn’t have an answer. They’d seen a demo, been impressed, and figured they should get one of their own. He told them to hold off for now.

Instead of starting with the tool, start with the problem you’re trying to solve and work out whether AI is even the right fix. This client wasn’t there yet, so building it would have meant taking their money for a problem they hadn’t found.

So you’re not paying for a yes. You’re paying for a straight answer from someone who’s done this for over 30 years.
